At Seven Hills Psychology, we believe that the best therapeutic outcomes happen when clinical expertise meets genuine human connection. It is with great excitement that we announce the newest addition to our clinical team, Ashley McWain!
Ashley joins us as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), bringing a wealth of experience, a versatile skill set, and a deep commitment to helping individuals navigate life’s most complex challenges.

Academic Excellence & Diverse Experience
Ashley earned her M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wright State University. Her journey in the mental health field has been defined by her versatility and her ability to meet clients wherever they are.
Before joining Seven Hills, Ashley honed her skills across a wide range of settings, including:
Community Mental Health Centers

A Specialized, Integrative Approach
Ashley understands that no two journeys are the same. She utilizes an integrative therapeutic approach, blending different modalities to fit the specific needs of the person sitting across from her. Her practice is rooted in three core perspectives:
Person-Centered: Ensuring the client is the expert on their own life.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT): Identifying and reshaping unhelpful thought patterns.
Dialectical Behavioral (DBT): Building tools for emotional regulation and mindfulness.
